Hello, I have noticed some white patches on face of my 2 yr 10 month old. what it is and how to treat it

White spots on the body and face could be some fungal infection or some conditions like pityriasihis Alba which is aggravated by dryness of the skin it needs proper clinical evaluation by the doctor. Proper mousturisation of skin is very important and maintain a good hhygiene .

SanthoshiMom of a 8 yr 5 m old girl2 years agoA. Hi Plz visit your peadtrician he may suggest some specialist later pls go to skin specialist, and dnt apply anything without counslting to doctor, as sometimes it may spread too. it seems like some bacterial infection or allergy or rash
