ExpertDr. Mohammed imranPaediatrician3 years agoA. It's hard to comment upon without proper examination it would be better if you consult your doctor for proper examination and medication maintain hygeine in the area clean with Luke warm water maintain hydration and keep a track on urine output

Apply neem paste(grind neem leaves by adding little amount of water) or neem oil(boil oil with neem leaves and strain) or neem oil available in market for hair and do regular wash . Avoid chemical , strong odour oils, shampoos , flowers which increase lice in head.
