Hello.. I have a question.. Breastmilk supposedly contains all that is necessary for baby right.. so what is the need to give supplements like zincovit and Depura for first 6months of age?

A. if mother is having deficiency of the vitamins naturally there will be less available in the breast milk only in such circumstances it is advisable to give supplements of vitamins otherwise there is no need
