hello..i have a baby girl of 1year 7months old. she likes very to drink milk with other solid foods. is there any health drink for this age of baby that could be mixed with milk which could be tastier and healthy too? please suggest thanks

A. hi dear mom...I will not advise you to use heath drinks..as they are loaded with sugar..and font so much good to baby..so if you wish to add something in milk..you can add dates syrup..dry fruits powder..saffron...you can even give fresh fruits milk shakes
