hello I have a 2 months old baby. can any expert tell me what are the vegetables I should avoid in my diet as I'm exclusively feeding.

A. dear mom, Avoid taking seafood, Spicy food or curry and flatulence causing food can cause a shift in your baby’s reaction,coffee,meet and non veg, Beans Cabbage Dairy products Onions Tomatoes Caffeine Chocolate Eggs Soy Wheat Peanuts Citrus food products,Processed food.

A. good evening you can actually have all of the seasonal vegetables there is no problem I would just recommend you to avoid adding too much masala in the vegetable and avoid having vegetables which cause gas
