hello.. i have 9mns 17 days old baby.. now i face full of knee pain.. sholder pain, back pain.., abdominal pain.. .. is it serious problem.. .. can i take painkillers... I am feeding mother..

A. Hello mom would not recommend use of pain killers without doctor’s prescription. And that will only give temporary relief .. instead get massages done if possible as that is highly recommended to women after delivery it helps to ease out their body as it has undergone a lot of stress . Also having healthy diet and also taking your supplements well on time would be helpful
