Hello, i have 8 month old daughter. We have introduced solid to her, but now she is having constipation and very hard poop, she is not able poop by her self rhen we have to apply pressure by folding her feet. Please advise ehat we can do here.

Nihita mittalMom of a 7 yr 11 m old boy2 years agoA. good morning there are of you home remedies I will recommend first is to put coconut oil in the rectum of the child every day and the second thing is to try to give your child lots of fibrous food and liquid diet
