Give vegetables such as pumpkin, potato, sweet potato, carrot puree, and fruits puree of pears, avocado, apple, ripe banana, papaya .

Madam you should a proper salt Desi ghee butter and all spices into the food just avoid chilli powder up till the age of eight months and yes you should go ahead with giving proper Dal and rice water porridge khichadi mashed banana mashed potato fruits and vegetables and dairy products and water as well
