Hello, I have 4 months old daughter and from last night am having pain in my both breasts particularly right breast and it seems that milk has clogged.Had chills and fever as well.What should I do.Kindly suggest.

A. Hello, consult your gynec, before nursing ...compresses, take warm shower or bath, Apply warm compresses to the swollen area 3-4 times a day for 10-15 minutes. and do breast massage or compression during feedings. Breastfeed often—every 1.5 to 2 hours during the day .
