A. ni need to wipe frequently.See it looks ok only.but if you doubt then for your satisfaction show to a doctor there as they can examine the patient and give even a better opinion in this case .

A. good morning yes it is not normally I would request you to please check the expiry of the product maybe the cream is expired otherwise to change the brand I would recommend you to try using propyderm NF cream
