Q.

Hello I am the mother of a 1 month old. I have been facing a problem with my milk ducts of my left breast, they are not fully open and due to which I cannot feed my baby enough... Please suggest what to do...

A. Massage your breast gently twice or thrice in a day whenever you do it after that you should do hot compress which is actually going to help in opening up the blockage so it will be easier for the child to take a feed also you can ask your doctor some medicine is going to be helpful for that
