hello i am pravalika delivered on August 4th i have a dought regarding breast milk lumps, 2 lumps formed in my breast they are not going what should I do i have been massaged it with hot water from 2dys they are not going what should I do please give any suggestions

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician4 years agoA. take warm shower or bath, Apply warm compresses to the swollen area 3-4 times a day for 10-15 minutes. and do breast massage or compression during feedings. Breastfeed often—every 1.5 to 2 hours during the day . consult once with gynecologist.
