Hello.. I am mother of twin babies.. Now they are 2 and half months old.. Am feeding breast milk along with Aptamil ( twice a day). After feed also they used to cry sometimes especially after breastfeeding.. Can I give some extra food like finger millets and wheat amli or something like that to make their tummy tight?

A. no, do not give duch things before 6 month of age Colic is the main cause of recurrent crying during the early months, burp well after each feeding, .- Apply Hing paster around naval in clockwise direction.
