Q.

Hello, I am mother of a 3 months old baby and I have received mixed advise from different doctors and elders about how my diet can impact breast milk and affect the baby in terms of gas and colic pain. The baby sometimes has gas problems. Is there any food item I need to avoid? Does spicy and fried food changes breast milk in anyway and cause gas to the baby?
