My question is Does period affect milk flow? Do I get milk flow again or now it’s permanent stopped? What should I do now? My baby boy was exclusively on breast feeding but he is so irritated due to hunger and hardly drink formula milk.

Hi parent Yes periods affect the breast milk supply you may take leptadene tabltes twice a day with glass of milk daily for four weeks it's ayurvedic take sunbathing daily with head and ears covered in the morning don't use demineralized water for drinking use simply purified water having TDS higher than 350
