Hello I am just starting the solid journey for my daughter who is 6 months. Can you please suggest me what to start with and the quantity and frequency. I gave her a little bit of banana for 2 days now only one time.

Namaste Mom Give the baby now semi solid and mashed consistency foods , start one thing at a time as such in small quantity and gradually increase the quantity , variety and number of meals , as such foods such as steamed vegetables , soups , fresh fruits , home made cerelac mix , kichidi, ragi, suji porridge , curds
