hello I am in 31st week of pregnancy. and from past few dayz m having gastric issues .stomach pain is so intense and painful despite taking proper precautions and medical treatment m not getting much relief..could you please help me..

A. hello avoid spicy food and gas causing food in your diet and water well and also since you are expecting mother it would be better to ever properct with your doctor and she will be able to guide you accordingly and nothing to worry the table..
