hello i am breast feeding my 5 month old baby. i am sufferung frim cold from 3 days and last nigjt se gudia ka body temprature ekdum se badh gya.aj wo khel nhi rhi h har do gante me soti hai and fir rone lag jati hai dry muscs hai uske nose me body temoreture abhi norm hai .but gudia ke drowsinwss hai she is not feeling giod what should we do?
