Hello I am a parent of a 2 year 5 months old baby boy . I stopped breastfeeding when he was 2 . I feel so weak in my daily routine.can I take calcium and vitamin tablets without doctor prescription..

Yes he is a basic supplements you can take them if you feel you on your energy and strength but try to that just to be on the safer side I would advise you to get a deficiency test done once at least will be sure about what all deficiencies are there in according to that you can start with necessary supplements for that
