hello, I am a new mom breastfeeding my 3 month old baby. my question is can I follow early morning coffee, lemon, warm water routine from now on? will that affect breastmilk anyhow?

ExpertDr. Minal AcharyaNutritionist4 years agoA. Dear mum, you can have all of these even while you are breastfeeding your baby. As a breastfeeding mother what you have does not affect your baby digestion or cause gas to baby.

Nihita mittalMom of 4 children4 years agoA. good afternoon I would not recommend you to have lemon with warm water however definitely you can have one cup of coffee throughout the day it will not harm the child but I would not recommend you to have more than that
