Hello...I am a mother of 9 months old baby... I can't feed my baby because of L5S1 disk bulge...I have unbearable back pain..Took lots of medicines but no improvement...plz help me wht to do for immediate results...my baby is suffering a lot...Thank u

Right now you can take a basic painkiller further more you have to check with your doctor for a permanent solution this we cannot advise you anything on this if any kind of an exercise that you can follow the doctor is going to give proper help on that place
