hello, i am a mother of 9 month old baby girl. I am still having hairfall and my face glow has totally gone..can i take biotin and omega 3 while breastfeeding?

Absolutely you can consider it very healthy to be consumed in general also also I’d like to tell you that as well so if you require you can one time take a guidance from your gynaecologist I sometimes these things can happen due toas well as a doctor can advise you with some another healthy supplements
