Hello I am a mother of 6 months boy. I have one doubt. My friend is recently delivered. She is eating raw rice daily. She is in brest feeding is there is any problem for his baby.

A. Ask her to stop eating raw rice as it will harm her and don’t let her eat it and eat a healthy and nutritious diet and drink plenty of water and ask her to take calcium and iron supplement regularly for 3 months after delivery
