hello I am a mother of 6 month baby & I want to loss my weight and brest size ( my brest size is so increase) so J can take ayurslim capsules for that I m taking shatavari also for increasing brestfeeding please help me I m so depressed I m looked so ugly

Vritika AroraMom of a 5 yr 2 m old child4 years agoA. do not get depressed. it's with every mom. do not take any supplements or capsules on your own as you are a feeding mom. start with walk or yoga. drink plenty of water in a day. have a balance diet of carbs protein and fat.
