Q.

Hello, I am a mother of 20 days old newborn. It was a normal delivery. I have severe upper back pain, unable to stand for longer time, unable to sit with out back rest. When will the pain get subsided. Will I become normal or will the pain stay forever!

A. If the pain is very severe then it is better Yang uph consult an orthopedic surgeon. Use a tummy support belt which will Also support your back. Avoid bad postures. Use pillows to support your back while sleeping and sitting
