Now I didn't feed her since 2 days and could feel heaviness in my breast. is it ok to feed her now? I mean 2 or 3 days once? or To avoid heaviness in my breast and reduce milk secretion , Should I pump and waste the milk ? Thanks

A. there is no problem in feeding the baby at present but if you are once again expressing the milk and throwing out remember getting the milk continuously so first of all decide whether to stop feeding the baby or not

A. Hello ma’am See if you want to give up on breastfeeding then you have to give a completely only you cannot think that today you will feed and three days you will not feed and then you will again try to feed again. Slowly gradually when you do not feed a child the milk production also becomes less so it is actually not possible to feed your child after three days or four days in a row so either you continue breastfeeding or you quit it completely
