Q.

Hello i am 33 weeks pregnant Recently got my urine test done and it says high pus cells(20-40WBC/HPF) with 5-7Epicells/hpf Do i need to worry ?

A. Yes,it means that you have severe uti and it has to be treated. Give sample for culture and sensitivity too to see which infection it is and what medications will work on it. Talk to your doctor
