Hello ..i am 31 year old mom of 15 months baby boy...i am not getting pregnant trying from t months

ExpertDr Bandana JoshiAyurvedic Physician4 years agoA. You should talk to your gynecologist about it and ideally tgere shouldbe a gap of atleast 2 to 3 years between two kids eat healthy and nutritious diet and start some physical exercise in your daily routine
