Q.

Hello!! I am 18.5 weeks pregnant. I have symptoms such as occasional leg cramps, constipation and gassy stomach sometimes at night. Rest im feeling absolutely fine. How inside of stomach should feel at this stage? I don’t feel anything except some heaviness at night time.. I am a first time mom so Im all confused. Thank you in advance.

A. you can take some fruits preferably all seasonal fruits to avoid constipation you can take some dairy products also all this problems what you are telling at very simple no need to worry

A. Hello dear! Eat a well balanced healthy diet and keep yourself hydrated all through the day. Be physically active as much as possible. Start walking for at least half an hour twice a day especially after meals, at least 10 minutes. Keep your doctor posted about any changes or developments. Good luck and take care
