POOJA GOSWAMIMom of a 10 yr 6 m old girl3 years agoA. Stretch marks after delivery are common in mothers. To reduce them, include protein and iron rich foods along with variety of fluids. Apply Bio oil or Aloe vera gel with coconut oil on affected areas twice a day after cleaning and drying the skin. Keep doing some light exercises like walking, breathing, etc,
