Avoid giving non-veg in this stage because that is one big reason for only puberty second is you should put your child into a physical sports swimming basketball anything that’s good Karate is very good to be enrolled into this will help in reducing a weight because they make exercise especially Karate or basketball and all that actually make you do that workout for 10 to 15 minutes that will help us control the portion size of the child that you are giving to the child that will be helpful and if you see any kind of growth under arm or vagina region and also the Bust area that is the periods are not fat so make sure to give a very moderate and a proper diet to the child avoid junk and too much of sweets
