Hello ma’am Just make your child join these games like badminton and swimming or basketball every day basis like a proper course with that a child gets a good height. Apart from that height is completely genetics so it is completely based on what parents have so if you’re told your child is most certainly going to be tall only but to be on the safer side you can definitely try doing this
