Hello Guyz my son has fever do not know how or its due to teeth as he already got up 2 teeth and bottom 2 teeth. Up other 2 teeth are in growing stage but couldn't know if it's because of it.please suggest medication

ExpertDr Bandana JoshiAyurvedic Physician1 Year agoA. Fever can’t be due to teething so it might be viral only which usually rates 3 to 5 days so give calpol drops to the baby on regular intervals and give more liquids
