Hello mom of your baby is a pre term baby they will grow on a low pace as compared to a full term baby , also babies gain about 300 GMs to 1 kg monthly , it’s important that if you have good milk production and the baby is exclusively breast fed then you need to take care of your diet and have a good healthy wholesome meal preferably before baby feed that as that will ensure good quality milk and that in turn helps in weight gain
