hello good evening ma'am. I m priyanka bajpai. meri 11 mnths ki beti hai. normal delivery hui thi 18th April 2022 29 may tk spotting thi uske baad abhi tk mujhe periods nahi huye. is it norml?

It can be Lactational amenorrhea,that's normal and nothing to worry about it.
No any natural ways or any medication is good for forced to help you get your periods.
Make sure you are not pregnant as even if u do not get your periods u may be pregnant, do get itcheck upt once.
