Hello good evening doctors.. My 19 month old baby she addicted mobile.. I have mistaken to give phone because of my family tension now how can i control it tell me any advice.. Once she see phone she want it.. Otherwise she plays

please you spend more time with your child
it is very helpful
please encourage your child for physical activity and out door game
please buy some educational toys for your child like Babyhug building blocks wooden puzzle flash cards etc
