hello good afternoon my babu is 4 months 5 days old, he is getting daiper rashes nd loose stools , I consulted doctor he gave antibiotic, but it's not going away, it's getting worst by the time, I m worrying about this but

A. For diaper rashes use rashfree cream and a dssh of antiseptic powder, alwys clean or do massage with coconut oil whne changing diapers. For stool you can give enterogermenia ampule twice a day and ORS. avoid top up milk only breastfeeding is given
