hello 👋 form last 5 days my baby is doing loose potty daily 4 to 6 times which is watery sticky and greenish. he is on breastfeeding nly . he is 5 month old . wat to do?

A. if you are giving only breastfeeding then there very less possibility that slightly loose to semi solid stool may be present intermittently. if you see that it is totally watery and also you are giving outside milk then it is advisable to get the child examined by the doctor to rule out any digestion problem or any infection. also give both hind and fore milk during breastfeeding as only fore milk will increase diarrhoea and green stool. need of probiotics (sachet suzperflora gg once a day can be given) and zinc has to be evaluated. in the meantime kindly continue breastfeeding to prevent dehydration. you can give ors also if water loss is more if there isz blood in the stool then kindly meet the doctor immediately because it can be dysentery also.

A. Seems like a child is having an in intestine infection which is why it is green in colour and also you are mentioning that there is stickiness so it is quite quite an indication of an infection yet you need to be sure about it so kindly consult your pediatrics please
