Q.

hello For 31 weeks pregnancy Ap diameter of renal pelvis of right kidney is 4.9mm and left kidney is 2.6 mm with no associated calyceal dilation on both. so is there any problem or is it fine

A. see its ok if this os it. the fetal kidney can look like that but actually picture will come when the baby is born. so wait and show baby to doctor
