Hello fellow mommies! my 3 month old niece is currently enjoying sponge baths. I'm curious to know when it's safe to introduce soap into her bath routine.What are your experiences and recommendations?

You can definitely start using soap for the baby. Use a mild one like Johnson's Baby Soap. It's completely safe for baby's skin and doesn't dry out the skin as well.
