Hello Experts, My baby just completed 4 months. Since last 1.5 months we are seeing very less weight gain (about 100 grams) per week. his birth weight is 3kg and now he is 5.7kgs. His urination frequency is 6-7 times. Feeding him every 3 hours. Still weight gain is not much . He is doing potty once in every 5-6 days. Do I have to worry? Any suggestions please.

DR SHIWAJIRAO PATILGuardian of 2 children4 years agoA. Hello, your baby girl is 7 months old and her weight is 5.7 kg which is less than normal for her age so give her semiliquid food items and fruits juice
