you can begin with foods like porridges (like rice, Ragi, wheat flour , moong dal and rice flour mix) , kheer
then dal-rice with vegetables, veg khichadi, soft mashed fruits, curd.
later mashed paneer.
consistency of food should be like that of ghee
avoid water thin foods like thin dals and rice water, soups. Squeeze lemon in baby's food for iron absorption.
start with 3-4 tsp and then about half katori per meal about 2 to 3 meals per day.
give 1 food for about 3-6 days for baby to accept and to see how baby tolerates it then introduce another new food
Initially give after a breastfeed, or between two feeds; later give as breakfast, lunch ,dinner
continue to breastfeed.

once ur baby completes six months then u can give one two meals in a day and give milk rest of the day as demanded by the baby.
U cab give milk in the bottle or with katori spoon the way baby is comfortable drinking.
