Hello experts, mere twin baby boys hai 6th sept ko 4month complete ho chuke hai, my both kid r on brest milk. Milk supply mere acha bhi hai, but abhi muje lagta hai ki dono ki requirement puri nahi ho rahi hai.. so my que is should i start solid food or formula milk?

A. dear Mum it is good that you have been exclusively breast feeding your babies aapko Aisa kyon lagta hai ki requirement Puri nahin ho rahi even mother of twins can successfully exclusively breastfeed till 6 months complete if babies are passing urine 6 to 8 times in 24 hours are active and gaining adequate weight at least 500 gram per month then do not worry more you breastfeed more will be the milk supply
