hello experts mera beta 18 months (1.5yr) ka hai usko loose stool ho rha jab bhi gas pass kar rha toh loose stool ho rha aur wo aisa after every meal kar rha.. mere dr. ne derolac sachet suggest kiya ji half sachet milk ya water mein de do but ye nahi batya kitna quantity water / milk mein dena hai... plz suggest me ..

give lots of fluids, ors water to overcome dehydrayion n electrolyte imvalance.
fir medication better to meet ur doctor

Half one time you can give in half the other time that’s all you are supposed to give this kind of thing to the child specially during the loose motions that’s how you can go ahead with also looking at the age of the child I would advise you to follow this pattern only
