Hello experts... I started giving solids for my baby.. I have seen many dry fruits puree dates has been added I just wanted to ask can I use Black dates?? it's always avl at my home

ExpertDr. Swapnil SaxenaAyurvedic Physician4 years agoA. you should not start with all these things in just one go because your baby is just 5 month old... it is because if you introduce everything in one go he will not be able to digest properly so introduce gradually
