Hello experts..... I'm getting pain in both the hands from shoulder to elbow some areas are swelled. in this month 3-4 time i got this pain and non of the balm or massage is working on it.. plz help

A. Get your uric acid level checked and gently massage your joints with til tail make it little Luke warm water avoid too much protein in diet and drink plenty milk f water eat pineapple and have a balanced diet
