Hello experts, I'm 32 years old and I have a baby of 25months old. I have a regular cycle and no struggle with my cycle before. but since 2-3months I'm getting severe pain in rectal area especially during bowel movements or passing a bowel more during the first day of menstruation and then less or no pain in rectal area in the other days. Bleeding is normal and abdominal pain is also not that worse. but this rectal pain in the first day of menstruation is horrible. kindly suggest
