Hello Experts, I am a father of 10 months old son who we have put on the solids. I just want to know what should be an ideal routine for a 10 month old baby. Because my baby is still waking up on he night for feeding, then again in 3-4 hours. I want to give him a better routine and a proper nutrition.

ExpertDr. Minal AcharyaNutritionist4 years agoA. Dear parent, you can continue to breastfeed your baby on demand during the nights. Breastfeeding should be continued till 2 years. During the day, give 3 to 4 meals a day and up to three fourth katori every time. Also give one finger food in between for baby to eat by self.
