Hello expert's! my baby is having fever since yesterday morning and I was giving incorrect dosage cab you please tell me how much paracetamol drops should I give him. 1 year old and 7.8kg how many ml should I offer him... I have 120mg paracetamol!

Ankita MehtaMom of a 10 yr 1 m old girl5 months agoA. hi ji , first thing ,if temperature is 100f or above then medicine needs to be given to your child second for the right dosage , i suggest to give it according to instruction given on the packet.
