hello expert.my baby is 2 years 7 months old.I saw red swelling inside my child nose.what is this. Is it serious. Does it necessary to go to doctor? please suggest what are that??

If you are seeing swelling then it would be better that you do not ignore it please get it checked with an ENT doctor at least they’ll check and they can tell you if there’s a problem or there is no problem so once you take a clarity it would be better for you and for the child as well
